When we arrived, at about 10.30pm, the room they showed us was next to renovation work that would make it impossible for us to sleep past 7am in the morning. They should have told us that when we called. It took us hours to find another hotel on no notice. Wayne, the manager, let us down. This was, at best, incompetence and at worst racist. My wife is of a different race. There were very few cars parked and they looked to have other rooms available.
