  Avoid at all costs. Terrible administrative system, went there for my pregnancy appointments and I can count maybe two times max that they didn’t screw up my appointment time or date. I have made 5 formal complaints and spoke with the head of patient experience with no accountability taken. They made my whole pregnancy (which was high risk) a lot more stressful. The advice and information I was given by medical staff there was inconsistent and contradictory as well.

  My elderly father was transferred from the Northern hospital due to unavailability of beds.
  His stay was 4 days during this time he was not bathed once offered a shower or wash facilities very disappointing when you have to put their care into the hands of the health system where not even the basic needs are met.

  Today being the 5th of February contacted on a personal experience wanting to speak to a patient..
  The receptionist was absolutely delightful and on a very busy day could not have been more accommodating and empathetic...
  First experience of this hospital and incredibly impressive with the receptionist and nursing staff

  Never heared of it , been in aged care centre for 3 years and dont know they exist and onlu 3 kilometres away . Mot to good are they .And yes I had a stroke.
