  Further to my email dated 27-12-2012 please find attached a scanned imaged of the invoice for work conducted by a plumber representing your company on 24-12-2012
  Whilst I accept the high $380 call out fee, and repair cost (both together around $800) I am disputing the $716 cost for searching for the leak, pre-calculated before any wok conducted for an bill that amazingly equalled exactly $1500.
  The Yarra Valley Water emergency response team had already uncovered the leak just below the surface earlier in the day.
  I believe am basically the victim of an egregious extortion for work eventually conducted in less than 45 minutes. Why?
  Having already agreed to pay $380 as a call out fee, there is no potential upper limit to the quote I receive.
  If I refuse due to cost I have no water and am out of pocket $380.
  Could I get a call regards the reimbursement of this cost before taking further action within your industry & without.
